I heard there is a build that makes death strike deal more damage than frost strike.
Can someone explain this to me please?

Maybe rune of sanguination with PVP talent that has 45 seconds cd and reduces RP for death strike for few seconds?(Can’t recall the name) That might work but even then I don’t think it would deal more damage. Maybe I missed something

It’s better for dual-wield Frost in PvP because it gives more mastery and makes Obliterate hit two targets inside Death’s Due (Night Fae version of Death and Decay).
