DKs both frost and unh should be good in new raid. i for one went unh because i got semi-bis before mythic weapons and all the movement in some bosses.
have you tried checking one of bicepspump guides in wowhead?
edit: found your problem, you are using frostwyrms fury instead of gathering storm
you got 2 traits for RW and ur not using the talent that makes RW top dmg even on single target
change 1 talent and go rock
i would also get a spare shoulder for a 3rd rank of frozen tempest for all the cleave and aoe dmg in the raid, so you carry around a single target nuke set and an aoe/cleave/m+ set with 3xfrozen tempest
i also prefer using murderous efficiency on line 2 for more power to glacial storm

I am now an unholy dk and op as hell.

I feel like when it comes to Frost vs Unholy, unholy got edge and less punishing on f#ck ups. I mean, if you play Frost you have this like crazy build up. You pop like 3-5 cooldowns and if you have to move away from target, you lose like significant amount of dps. You dont get cooldown timings right, you don’t do rotation in perfect order, again you lose the damage. Everytime you have to move, you are losing dps. Meanwhile Unholy, he pops his army of dead and transformation cooldown, none of these goes waste if he has to move and do mechanics. I might be wrong and just paranoid, but I think this is why I always see Unholy DK, with similar item level, in front of me or way ahead of me.
that is very true, even on moving dumping death coils helps alot.
plus if u go tripple magus with major essence they will deal more dmg than army of the dead, u just need to not unsynch the CDs or ur of balance. but it is way way less punishing that frost.
movement is still a problem, like in Raden, i just stay on the boss instead of swaping to the orbs, by the time im there its almost dead and then run back. i just wait for the add to be near boss and then swap to it normaly
frost does have a better cleave/aoe sustained dmg, unh also has but its way more anoying and ramp up.
i would say unh has better single target builds as u can streamline all dmg into major nukes every apoc+unh frenzy. plus unh opener with pots , lust and army is one of the highest
unholy always will be better than frost just because it have more tools and higher skill cap.
U shoud always go frost becouse it’s alot more fun and btw u shoud put ur rune of razorize in main hand not offhand 
Dunno about PvE but in PvP frost seems pretty good right now (finally).
Frostwyrm is decent, its pretty good on Wrathion & specific mythic+

Unholy provides significantly more fun due to the large amount of things it is able to do/achieve without having to drop much performance and unlike frost, it has a future as there is alot of cool ways for the festering wounds to evolve, like new DoT’s, summons etc etc based upon them.
If a frost dk wants to change anything, their performance will completely fail until they find an entire set of gear devoted to the new setup, it is such a f-rigid spec and is just getting worse with every passing year.
I tried unholy but it’s to boring for me, i stick to frost
