I am not a huge fab of Glacial, it just does not suit my preferred playstyle. Realistically, am I going to be forced into taking it for ST builds and PvP?
I am just not a fan at all sadly.
glacial is completely awful, you should never take it. it’s around -9% dps to take the talent in ST. you’ll end up going down to hailstones though, as that talent is really good.

icicles are more than ice tickles in DF?
they deal more damage, and you also get more of them. going full mastery and iciclemaxxing deals the most damage on beta currently.
i wonder how that works for pvp ;p
