Good evening! I have a little problem with my frost mage and my dps. It is low. But! I am a bit disappointed, cause half of abilities from guides is just missing. I dont have mass polymorph, for example. Glacial spike, ebon bolt, water elemental, shifting power, comet storm and much more. I tried to use combination of icy veins, rune, frost bolt, flurry and meteor, but it is not working, I guess. Maybe I dont understand this game, but… half of the abilities is missing. Where are they? XD
In your case I highly recommend visiting the frost channels in the Altered Time mage discord.

I recommend to do this as you haven’t established the core rotation which is quite vital, and also quite basic. From here you can gather more details about the exact priorities and the functions of each ability and how to use them efficiently.
There are two channels you should visit, first being Frost-FAQ → Mage Hub, and also the General Frost chat.
I have to say the spell tooltips aren’t much help. Flurry applying Winter’s Chill to the Frostbolt that was cast just before it is not obvious, but it’s a critical part of getting good DPS out of Frost.
Read the guides, but if they don’t make sense, try to find another mage who can at least get you started. I remember giving Frost DPS lessons to guild mates in some past expansions.
