Can u buff ichiles dmg alot instead this ray of frost ? we already has talets for ichiles but they doing 0 dmg… there is mastery gear frost mages in pvp and now u nerf icelance dmg ppl already has crafted mastery gear and will be behind haste coz u nerfed icelance 20% in pvp…now u need haste for casting frostbolts… and frost mastery gives 0 valiu for frostbolt/frostfirebolt… i dunno who is doing these changes but need to idiot af.
