Hello guys i have a question. To get the emote for the hidden artifact appearence of frost mage, you have to be frost spec to get the emote or it doesnt matter? Cause i mostly play arcane spec on my mage.

Think you have to have the frost artifact equiped so yes.
Nope. Got it in Arcane spec. Fire one dropped while i was in frost. You only need to have the portals in the class hall open and be near them to get the emote.
