Frostbolt volley tier set

Its just me or Frostbolt volley from the tier set should change to Frostfire bolt volley when you are frostfire talent tree?

it make so much more sense cause your frost bolt do change to Frostfire bolt, and it will add the dot to aoe, making frost mage work with something which is not orb or blizzard for a change

It would look cool and we do already have an animation for it, since you already cleave Frostfire Bolts when you have the Fractured Frost talent.

But it does seem like an effort they wouldn’t bother with for a tier set though.
