Frostbrood proto-wyrm mount wotlk classic

Hi all.
Does anyone know if the frostbrood proto-wyrm are account/faction wide?
If I complete the storyline on an ally, is the mount then available for my hordes in SL?

I logged on to my Horde Demon Hunter on Retail just yesterday and noticed there’s a mount waiting for me there. It was the Frostbrood proto-wyrm. I then logged onto my alliance Paladin from another realm, and the mount was there. The DK I leveled in classic is Alliance.

So, I guess it’s account-wide, regardless of factions.
