It deals mizerable damabe compare to Ice lance even with all tallents:
Frostfire bolt: ~290k with Slick Ice stacks, 2 Deep shatter talens, Death’s chill talent stacks, Ice form PvP talent
Ice lance: ~350k with only Chain reaction talent
It is dumb. Castable skill with all talents and procs deals less same damage than instant one.
