Hey,
Just want some advice before I go do it and waste my time. I know in expansion releases before people would have full completed quest log and soon as new expansion releases they go hand them in. Is this still a thing and if so what area would be best to do this as you can now level in the older content (timewalking).
I am going to do this but just want to know before if this will actually work/ be worth it.

Not worth it. Old quests XP is greatly reduced.
They’ll be reduced past 51, they scale up to 50.
At least they always have before.

and is a whole level!
Meh not even gonna bother with that this time around. Leveling is so fast anyway.
Levelling faster doesn’t help anyone. You still have to play through the whole main storyline to get full access to the endgame. There is absolutely no way around this.
there is, the main questline gives you less xp than you need to reach lvl for the next conv
Afaik this has been changed few weeks ago and all u have to do is follow quests.
