Fully missing crafting order

Mats, Sparks, Gold all deleted/missing something happened and it all blooped when I placed a crafting order. On 24/08/26 around 11-12 utc+1 I placed a crafting order and when I placed it the person i submitted the order to said it showed up in his orders for a split second then disappeared. We both got nothing, only loose.

Because of this I am now missing 2 sparks, 80 myth crest plus the gold and other mats.

I currently have 2 sparks in my inventory when if I never placed that order should be 4.

If there is anyway to look at my characters Crest/inventory before 24.08.26 and then after 12:30 utc+1 you will be able to clearly see all the mats and now they are missing.

There is no other way to explain that I am missing sparks/mats/crest besides they are literally not there.

Sorry to write so much but this literally bricks a character as of now. -80 Myth crest permanently, -2 Sparks permanently at the start of the season, i want push keys not suffer.

Player i submitted the crafter order to - missing bcs i dont make screen of this it was mage all i can say and he didnt get any gold.
There was also whispers from this player where he says the crafting order disappeared u can check chat if u can.

I currently have 70 in my currency tab, Meaning 80 myth crest are unaccounted for = Blooped/deleted/thanos snaped with crafting order. Was 150 bcs of over cap from other activities.

Hi, I think something went wrong when I placed a crafting order on 24/08/2026 at around 5:08 server time.

After placing the order, it never showed up in My Orders at the crafting table, and I seem to have lost 2 Sparks and 80 Myth Crests. I currently have 70 Myth Crests, so the 80 Crests used for the order are now missing.

If possible, could you please check my inventory/currency before and after I placed the order to see what happened? I’d really appreciate it if you could investigate and help restore the missing Sparks and Crests.

I made a recrafting order for my Spellbreaker’s Warglaive as a guild order. A guildie accepted the order and crafted it - the game did not let him complete it but spammed his chat with "order was completed for 0 bronze).
The order is gone from my orders and its not disappeared from his orders aswell.
We waited 45mins and its not come back nor have I received Mail with my Weapon.
Not only is my Weapon but also my gold + mats are gone and it took his concentration but alas the weapon seems to be lost.
Has anyone had similiar experiences?
Is there anything we can do?

I had the same thing happen to me tonight, anyone heard anything yet?

Just logged off for the night but still nothing.
Someone on reddit said people had the same issue in S1 and it took a while to eventually get your item back :confused:
Did you have any luck so far?

Actually THAT particular issue was never resolved afaik. People were just out on mats, gold crests AND sparks.

Yeah, I think we may have been flagged by that other bug that caused some players not to receive all 4 Sparks. Since that bug was fixed, the system probably gave us the missing Sparks, but the Crests are still missing.

At this point, I think it’s going to be complicated to get the Crests back, unfortunately.

Same thing happened to me, sparks are back, but crests are still gone. I was hoping it would have something to do with the 12 hour timeout of the craft, but not getting the crests back is still a horrible result.
