So i had a crafted 305 ilvl Spellbreaker’s Warglaive. After a lot of grind i managed to get the myth crests to upgrade it. I’ve send the order to the same crafter that crafted the 305 ilvl weapon. He said he did not get it, he also said many people have tried to send him an order and they lost their item/mats/crests. The crafting order does not appear at the npc at all. For a semi-casual player like me, farming myth crests is not easy, so this is very disappointing. I hope there is a way to restore/refund the crests and sparks without hurting the cap. I don’t care about the gold/mats lost. I can also provide screenshots. I have send an in-game ticket yesterday but still no response. I really dont feel like playing until this is resolved… I will forever stay behind with this.
