I’ve been submitting tickets about the Legion Remix Bronze fiasco for a few weeks now, and all the GMs are responding like bots. Apparently, I need to write about it here. According to PandaRemix, Legion Remix is a complete scandal, and the fun was gone a long time ago. They’re releasing a little bit of content (actually nothing) to keep players engaged.You’ve made me lose interest in the game I loved.I sent numerous tickets but received no sensible answers. They just do whatever they want. Of course, they don’t listen to the players.
I’m kind of lost what you were trying to achieve/issue is. You wanted to complain about Legion Remix but thought going to support and writing a ticket was the way to go about it? The ticketing system is for getting account issues resolved. Like you can’t log in, you’re stuck in a never ending d/c loop etc.
Not finding Legion Remix fun or disliking things they’ve done this time is totally fine but it’s not something you’d ticket about.

I’m having trouble leveling up to bronze, I can’t join raids with alt characters, they won’t accept me. Everywhere is spamming with WTS raid boosters. That’s the problem, nobody asked for your opinion. You can’t decide what I should or shouldn’t complain about.
You should form your own group, takes no time to fill it.
I am not sure how many players still doing raid, but for 3 weeks ago i had no problem making raids with liw level alts.

You seem to misunderstand what the ticketing system is for.
Follow Furio’s advice and lead your own groups. There are some groups where ‘all are welcome’.
The WTS spam in LFG is a plague and reporting is a pain. You can use addons like premade group filter to get rid.

What bronze fiasco? Seems there is no issue with bronze gain but instead the problem is other people. And that is no concern of GMs to solve.
I know about the ticket system. I wrote about a problem, and they send me messages like they’re automated. What difference does it make if I write here? They’ll still do what they want. You know everything, congratulations, my friend.
I beg your pardon but your, it seems the typical reaction by customers who contacted the call center center i was workin in ages ago.
Complaining for the sake to complain. If you came to forum to look for empathy or agreement.. isnt exactly the right place. And Tickets are for bugs or tech issues, not complain about somethin (right or wrong).

I’ve made my own grps since i was ilvl 600, Which was months ago now.
Never had any problem having people join
You’re not a (ex)-Blizzard employee or insider.
… That they (CS) cannot help with as was told to you by several people. That you would like to see it helped at doesn’t make it their job, which is often the case when contacting CS.
If you would know about the ticket system, you would also know they’re using templates which is a very common thing in the CS industry. This is not limited to only Blizzard.
When you write it here you’re generally creating a thread for discussion and/or suggestions with other players for feedback. If you don’t want that, or don’t want other people’s opinion you may also submit it directly through the ingame feedback panel if you’re sincere.
As they’re CS staff, they’re not responsible for game development. In essence, you’re harassing people just doing their job. They will not forward feedback for you which you can do yourself. Why ask someone else to do it if you got a direct feedback line yourself?

I and others have explained to you how the systems work and where you can give suggestions.
If you’re really sincere about wanting it to be heard, those are your options. How is that nonsense?

They are not automated but they do use templates, however, struggling to join groups is not something GMs can assist you with.
As Punyelf wrote, tickets are about resolving issues quickly.
Fun cannot be resolved like that.
Having this thread on the forums is good.
It will likely be collected (automatically) and weighed in for future decision making.
It helps if you type out your thoughts clearly. Not much effort, just to be understood.
Quite probably the current Remix ruleset is derived from anything disliked in MoPR.
Another approach is to state your issues and ask your fellow players for help.
For example: “I have trouble having fun, because” or “My aim is X, how to achieve it”.
As for the latter, likely you can use web search for suggestions.
Regarding raids, I mostly did LFR back in MoPR. It wasn’t particular fun but your aim is bronze.
How on earth people have issues getting bronze? It comes from everywhere with large quantaties. I bought everything and still have half a mill. I havent played endgame content for weeks now.
