Funny situation with Blizz Support - Do they care about us and our time?

First of all id like to say Hello to my fella gamers, have a nice day!
Id like to sorry for my english, its not my native lang and i never learn it in any school, so im self-learner - I may make mistakes - Im sorry.

Id like to share with ya all my experience with support and situation from last 2 days, after end of S3. Blizzard made mistake with prices of few items, they confirmed it as BUG and fix it today.

I make a ticket about it - If its bug, and we lose our time that we spend in farming honor, and today ppl can get it for almost 50% off - Is it fair? Why we r unable to get that diffrence of honor and marks we used cuz we was sure its normal and fine price?

I feel scamed, if its bug and its Fixed, why I am the aggrieved blizzard and they wont fix it for me, and lot of ppl here?

  1. I can confirm it. I have same situation, do any1 will do somthing with it? Or we lose our time and nobody cares?
