Not trying to diss you but the problem is fury doesn’t really scale well. For low key range where everyone is low ilvl and without tier sets fury does good damage compared to them but when everyone is geared fury falls behind. There is literally still no reason to take a fury warrior over a dh , rogue or monk.

this char has inly managed to climb to +14, the furys i saw were doing over 100k.
But logs do back up arms must overtake at some point.
Arms overtakes Fury around the +22 mark atm.
99% off the players don’t reach there.
In lower keys Fury actually pumps because off the higher burst it has.
Ppl here call “Fury a joke” because they look at the top logs, wich are for keys around +22 mark…
Fact is, for 99% off the playerbase Fury totally pumps.
If they buff it for the 1%, it’ll be beyond broken.
That’s what I am trying to say for weeks now, but ppl only look at logs be “Buff my class, it sucks” 
What i’m still saying is this is completely untrue , not only talking about keys , fury is 2nd worst single target damage dealer in the game. It has low utility and for a pure dps spec deals low damage.
This is neither a fact or close to a fact , only reason people play fury is cuz they like fury more then arms for pve. When they hit a wall they respec to arms. There is no %1 or anything like that. Fury is a pure dps spec ( no off heal / no proper utility ) they shouldn’t be doing less damage then utility classes.
No i am saying this as someone who did lots of keys and trying to raid as fury and all comes from personal experience. I have good/okay logs for the content i am doing and clearly damage is low not for a pure dps spec. Also like i said still fury is 2nd worst single target damage dealer in the game.
Fury only needs 2 buffs… SS reversed to 10% per stack instead of the joke 2% and for me personally smf from 5 to 15 or 20% but that’s cuz I play smf and makes it feel so smooth compared to the clunky rb but that’s just me
