now triggers from all Rampage hits (was Rampage critical strikes) and reduces the remaining cooldown of Recklessness and Enraged Regeneration by 1 second (was 3 seconds).
Is it worth it to get this legendary for ST , and keep Signet for AOE ?
Or is Deathmaker legendary still better for ST ?
Sadly, Reckless Defense will still be dogsh*t. The PTR changes won’t result in a noticeable buff. You just don’t need to stack crit to use it in the future.

Reckless Defense 0,68% dps increase
Signet 7,76% dps increase
Deathmaker sims slightly worse than Signet in ST under certain conditions.
