What we need is not 4 small attacks. As in older versions ( Cataclysm, M.O.P. , W.O.D.) big attacking abilities ( Cata., Mop., Wod., version Raging Blow and Wild Strike) should be.
It should be abilities that can cause great damage, as in previous expansions, or it should be based on them to develop new skills or existing ones. Otherwise, the small damage caused by 4 small attacks will not give any result. I haven’t been able to enjoy Fury Warrior since the Rampage feature came.
I don’t see the big damaged results I want, which is not enjoyable. Fury warrior needs a big change. For example, Mastery (including Rampage) should either be strengthened or a new mastery feature should be added.
+You can add some abilities from Torghast to the Fury Warrior Talent tree for guidance. For example, Fan of Longswords (Rampage also casts whirlwind ).
+Also, Slam, Thundeclap, and S.F.M. It should be deleted from the talent tree, S.M.F. New abilities should be added instead. S.M.F. should remain passive like Titan Grip. Some past talents can be brought back. For example, Warlords of draenor;

Actually, Fury is a spec that can do a lot of things, but in terms of PVP it’s never like it used to be.
