Fury Warrior Delete Spec For PVP

i miss you old expansions Fury Warrior (Cataclysm (2010), Mists of Pandaria (2012), Warlords of Draenor (2014) )

  • save us from that stupid skill. ( Rampage)
    +It’s just a feature that does 4 small attacks.
    +It has no deterrent effect.
    +A skill without instant high damage.
    +Not high damage like old times Raging Blow (Cataclysm, MOP) or Wild Strike (WOD).
    +When are we going to get rid of this ridiculous talent?

Make it baseline instead of a talent. The only problem I have with Rampage. :slight_smile:

Did you play fury warrior during the periods I mentioned? The current situation cannot even be compared with the power comparison in ancient times. There is a gaping difference between the Fury Warrior One-Shots of the past and the current situation. The old version (Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, Warlords of Draenor) was stronger and more devastating. I think the current talent tree should be reviewed.It is not related to Rage, new game styles and gameplay can be developed by adding different main skills.
For example ;
+Rampage, Wild Strike and (old) Raging Blow (or can be re-updated with a different name) can be in the same section, anyone can choose the skill they want as the main skill. Accordingly, (current) Raging Blow, Heroic Strike and Slam (Cataclysm version) are in the same section and can be adapted to the current situation by slightly changing their features. Bloodthirst can continue the same but with add-ons. For example, for those who prefer Wild Strike and (old) Raging Blow to main, the gameplay may be more “Enrage”-based, as in the old times.

+These skills can also be preferred by giving different advantages. It can be followed by Rampage “Crit” , Wild Strike (Wod. era) “Speed and a more steadfast attack”, (old) Raging Blow “Slower but Stronger attack” or other ways.

/Actually, the old features I mean could have been added as well. Accordingly, everyone can create their own style of play.

hmm from what i recall of cata it was the time warrior kinda sucked infact they whined their way to a nerf for paladin because paladin would proc the dragonsoul sword for massive deeps :smiley: making paladin ahead of warrior…

when i say they i mean i mained paladin back then :stuck_out_tongue:

Currently you can already make more than 3 PvP builds for Fury Warrior. All fill the niches you want back.

For some examples you got:

  • Roar/AM/OS/Rav - for fast and stable DPS, plays around 100% enrage uptime (high APM).
  • Spear/CSHB/OF/Annhi - For more crit heavy burst build (Lower APM).
  • Spear/RA/OF/Rav - for the biggest burst build based on Raging Blow damage (Mid APM).

As it is we got plenty of choices in how to build Fury Warrior in playstyles. All from slow and bursty, to fast and consistent. You can go ST or you can go AoE. You can go selfsustain machine or become a glass cannon. All the CC or no CC.

Overall, you got more options now in how to tailor your playstyle than ever before in WoW as a Fury Warrior.

Finally, you note how Fury is lacking power. This is partially true. Yet, Fury Warrior is the highest sustain DPS pressure spec in PvP. If you can’t get a Fury to unstick, it will do more damage than a DH or Rogue. If you go CB build, you can unleash a hillarious amount of burst damage with double OF into CB, CB. If they buffed that burst - then fury would again be broken and do far too much as in prepatch era.

The PvP meta is about kill windows. Fury grants none. Arms does, with sharpening and higher focus burst. Arms and Fury is not supposed to be the same. So, if you want focused burst DPS with high playmakers, go arms. If you want to shred enemies down, you go Fury.

The current Fury Warrior is in a garbage state. The current situation is worse than the old situation. If you’ve played in the past, you’ll know what I mean ( Cata, MOP, WOD) . You can check out the PVP videos shot during these periods. Or you can test private servers as well. Fury Warrior has never had such a bad playstyle. In the Legion era (Lv 110), they killed the Fury Warrior. The reason for this was that they brought “Rampage” skills and deleted many other skills from Fury Warrior. Rampage has never been at the desired level, nor can it be. Because it’s not a skill that can do instant damage. In the old times, the skill that caused Main damage and caused very high damage was ‘‘Raging Blow’’ for Fury warrior, and the corresponding ‘‘Mortal Strike’’ in Arms Warrior. But the current order (this deterioration started in Legion, Lv 110 period) is a skill that consists of 4 small attacks, “Rampage” they designed.

To summarize ;

Old Fury Warrior (Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, Warlords of Draenor) > New Fury Warrior ( Legion+)
