Fury Warriors - Slaughterhouse

The new PvP talent Slaughterhouse is a bit too much:

Rampage damage reduces healing the target receives by 15% for 5 sec, stacking up to 4 times.

I’m in favor of making Fury Warrior viable, but 60% MS is over the top with the damage output and mobility they have.
At the same time Feral Druid is getting a 12% x 2 MS which is more reasonable. Otherwise you would need to buff that too.

What mobility? Fury dies so fast.

I’m pretty positive it’s just another 9.0.5 Exploiter buff.
It’ll be nerfed.

This is the third thread regarding the talent, and anyone that’s played against fury (or as fury) knows there’s no chance to keep that up full time.

well you can if you have a static dummy and recklessness but its very hard to do it.

Very strong talent - u can spread it in AOE. 60% AOE MS sounds pretty OP.

Well, it depends on the mechanic of the talent / spell I guess.
I do have a warrior, and I just assumed that since Rampage actually performs 4 attacks it would automatically reach full stacks of the MS on one press.

Anyone who plays PTR that can confirm?

Yea its full with 1 rampage.

Is Rampage still like 50-60% of Fury’s damage breakdown like it has been in the past or do their other buttons do things now?

I’ve spent all of today being kited as fury if it wasn’t for death sentence I’d of never connected to some classes xd.

Most classes are going to feel royally dumb/ OP with 9.1 as it just feels like they don’t know who or what needs what tuning so everyones getting a MS effect

What’s an “MS Effect”?

MS refers to Mortal Strike, one of the original healing reduction effects in WoW. Nowadays MS is used to refer to pretty much any healing reduction effect.

Brought by specific Hunter pets, Windwalker’s Rising Sun Kick, Wound Poison from Rogues etc. The proposed Rampage talent would also give it an “MS effect”.
