Long ago I noticed why blizz made Warroir’s fury spec still use 1H from drop or chest? But random get also 2H
Double 1H are low damage. Double 2H is cery high damage.
How players wanted get 2H for Fury spec. But frustration then get “wrong” 1H…
Then get chest or great vault…myself before switch “fake” Arms spec. If get luck 2H after open it. Since Arms alwasy be this. Never get 1H

If you play for power, then yes, going for arms as your lootspec is the correct choice to secure no 1handers can steal a spot in your loot table.
Have I on accident either been in Fury or Protection loot spec? Sure have champ. Still, water under the bridge. That is on me. I know better.
There is a point to calling the current default setting for loot a bit of a noob trap though. It should be looked at and fixed.
Been there, done that, have my loot spec set to arms since who knows how long.
The issue is that as a fury, you dont “have” to spec into titans grip (or at least you didn´t use to have to, haven´t played my warri yet this expac)… so, in theory, you could also use 2 1H weapons, which is why they drop for furys but not for arms
