Fusion Core is always seeking skilled and motivated raiders.
Our guild has regrouped its efforts after a brief hiatus during the previous tier due to necessary management changes to refocus and to take our performance to a higher level.
We are a guild on a mission to rise through the ranks so our goal is clear: we are committed to reaching World Rank 900-1000 with our dedicated 2-day raiding team.
While our previous achievements may be limited, we bring extensive experience and a steadfast commitment to the table, and we expect no less than the best from our members.

Fusion Core also offers a wide variety on activities aside from Mythic Progression.
[Friday Raiders]
Players of all experience levels and classes are welcome to join our Friday team. Note that we do expect the base knowledge of the bosses and your class.
[Boosting]
We offer HC VIP boosts for our players to earn some gold. You’re welcome to boost with us as long as you’re unsaved and earn some good gold.
[Mythic Plus]
Everyone is welcome to join us for Mythic Plus and dungeon community. Fusion Core offers a big community to enjoy dungeons with.
------ Raiding Schedule ------
Wednesday: Mythic Progression (20:00-23:00 CET)
Sunday: Mythic Progression (20:00-23:00 CET)
Tuesday: Heroic Boost (20:00-22:00 CET) - Earn up to 500k gold in just 2 hours!
Friday: Chill HC Raid for all members, socials and alts. (20:00-22:30 CET)
For the first three weeks of each tier, our Heroic Boost runs will be temporarily suspended due to our 2-day raiding schedule. We will use this day for progress the first few weeks.
Note: A 3rd day is being considered right now. If you’d like to join us we’d love to hear your opinion or vote for selecting a 3rd day.

------ What We Expect ------
Class and Role Mastery:
Have a deep understanding of your class, specialization, and role. This includes knowing optimal talent choices, rotation, stat priorities, and gear choices to maximize performance.
Preparation:
Raiders are expected to come fully prepared for each raid night. This means having appropriate consumables (potions, flasks, food), repairing gear, and bringing any necessary tools or items for encounters.
Raid Attendance:
Consistent attendance is crucial. Missing raids disrupts progression and can hinder the team’s ability to get kills in a consistent way. 90% Attendance is ideal.
Communication:
Effective communication is key. Raid leaders and officers provide instructions and strategies, and raiders should just provide relevant information.
Continuous Improvement:
We encourage our raiders to identify and own their mistakes so that we can learn from them and move on.
Active Players
Active Players means we do expect people to not only rely on raid gear. We expect from our raiders to do M+ and get a minimum of 2 vault slots.
------ Feats of Strength ------
7/8 Incarnates - Started Mythic 5 weeks late. Raszageth 200 pulls.
7/9 Aberrus - Stopped raiding due to management changes. Echo 45% in 60 pulls.
We were on course for CE last tier (Aberrus) but decided that the rebuild of our guild was required to make us stronger for oncoming tiers instead of burning out.
In this case we chose having a good environment over a toxic one.
Our guild is committed to achieving success in mythic content, and we expect the same commitment from our members.
