Future of guild chat on mobile?

Hey folks.
Only recently I got word that the WoW companion app will shut down for good when the war within releases.

That being said…I know this app is underwhelming to put it mildly and most it’s functions are poorly implemented or lacking.

But the ability to access and engage with the guild chat on the go has been something I use often for quite some time, this feature will be missed…

Does anyone knows of any plans for Blizz to have this feature anywhere else on mobile?
The natural thing would be integrate it to the B Net mobile app, since it already supported chat across B Net, but these are for Battle tag friends only, and most guild members are just character friends.

I don’t know of anything. I think most people use discord for guild chat these days anyway, so I’m not sure Blizz would see much point to it.

The other App (Bnet App) that is being kept that is now your authenticator too, can do bnet groups and bnet whispers but not guild chat.

As Nim says most have moved on to using other means these days.
