I have done all and looted Secure Shipment Chest. I am unsure if it is bug because you can see reward “Draconic treasure” it means I havent completef it? The bar shows 100 % and I have no idea if I have completed it or not.

bugged for me 100% and stuck
It’s bugged. I’ve been trying for three days to do this quest. I log out and leave it a couple hours, log back in and it’s still 100% but no completion.
It would be nice if it was fixed.
