The passive dmg for Fyrrak’s Tainted heart seems not to be working. I tested it at dummies aswell. I take dmg every other second, but it does not deal any dmg. The activation works fine.
Have anyone else had any issues with it?

The passive damage only applies to targets that are considered in combat, which excludes target dummies.
It should still be working correctly on regular targets, but as always don’t hesitate to send a bug report if you run into any other issues:
