Apperently healers now get matched +/- 200 mmr of their current raiting in SS.
In a -200 mmr lobby I went 4/6 and didnt receive any raiting.
In a +200 mmr lobby I went 3/3 and didnt receive any raiting.
Just how? What kind of mathematical formula comes up these crooked results? You are basically betraying me of climbing in an healer unfriendly enviroment. Why do I even play healer?
And why you even playing resto shaman in SS? you do like to torture yourself huh?
I have a resto shaman, it simply can’t heal, if you spend 1 global to dps, thats one global not healing, you get my point…

If blizzard wants to give healers an incentive to heal that would be a good starting point lol
and i tought my two 5/6 +0 today on capping heal was bad thats just wauw
u even got 200 less mmr than the lobby average and still 5 wins gives +0???
what the actual dog kind of system is this seriously???
just complete waste of peoples time, like the constant feeders who never press a cd for 2min isnt enough then also have to put up with gain +0 for 5 wins???
I hit 2111mmr on dps and went 5 lobbys after that matched to average 1800mmr lobbys so -200 below my mmr and also gaining +0 for 5 ques a row, wait 20-40min each so i stay same rating after wasting around +4 hours of my time
everything of this mode seem to be just full stupid no matter how u look at it or what role u play in it

I guess you get nothing because the other healer has a rating of 0/96, so the system expects you to win and therefore doesn’t adjust your rating when you do.
That’s kind of the only explanation I see.
But yeah, it’s silly.
No… he didn’t gain rating because he is 1445cr while his MMR is 1406.
he has 1400mmr and the healer has 1500mmr so he should gain points even if it would count only the healer mmr which he won 5 times
if it also factors dps mmr then especially he would gain because he is winning against people with 1700
but what explains it that the system is matching 2.1cr ppl with +2.1kmmr somehing into 1800mmr lobbys
i can win them 6/6 and still gain +0
just complete waste of 5 hour as dps go 5 que row like this
can they fix this random mmr matchmaking or how long it will take to be playable around season 3 perhaps
It’s just yada yada yada 0 rating to me, which is silly.
I don’t really know the fine intricacies of the system, because I haven’t bothered reading up on it and don’t really care either. But there are some basic player expectations a rating ladder system should adhere to, and this doesn’t seem to do that. Convoluted is the word that comes to mind.
if u got 2.1kcr and 2.1kmmr
u should not be put in 1800mmr lobby where 5/6 or 6/6 gives u nothing
especially not 5 ques row as dps where u wait 30-40min per que

i dont like be throwed around to lobbys from which i cant climb even if win 5/6 or 6/6
it wastes peoples time because its obviously not working like it should work for rated system
kappa right it needs be changed and by alot, just fix the game already what we bought and pay sub for its ridiculous how bad it is
Mmr has always been like that. Sometimes normal 3s games into people couple hundrent mmr points higher to actually get ques.
I play RSS both as dps and as a healer
But
As a healer: i would rather not play at all, than be matched with another healer -200mmr
This is why i stop q’ing as healer
Because of matches that expects me to win.
I can only waste my own time.
If you could bet any amount of money, with a 90% chance to win, and all you win is your own money back, would you take the risk? And how much would you be willing to wager 
yeah queues as healer are completly bugged rn
as dd on high rating it seems to be fine at least
