Hello, since the Gallagio reputation fix, I am now Renown 12, but my DPS buff is stuck at 3% instead of 9%. I’ve tried everything — deleting the card on every character, reinstalling the client, etc. — but nothing works. It’s still stuck at 3% DPS buff. After two months of raiding, this is starting to drag on.

Hey Læon,
We haven’t seen any issue with the Loyal Customer buff so far, and I would encourage you to double check that you’ve completed the different quests.

i past this command ingame for check complete quest for 9% game=TRUE this ok for quest and in raid buff = 3%

Have you tried checking this NPC for quests with your other characters, such as your Druid?
yes 5 characters same problem i have delete cards all and reinstall game no addon nothing same problem
after quest renown 13 today buff is 6%… not 12 nice test new guild today 6% dps vs 12 …
hello possible fix that or i delete my susbcribe and wait next season ? because loose 50% dps raid not buff is not funny thanks for reponse
I’m afraid that this is not something that game masters can fix, sorry. If the issue persists, I would encourage you to report this bug in-game to our developers. 
I’m on the same situation. Ever since the devs decided to do the rollback for everyone back to 9, I was sent to renown 0 instead, wrongly, and when the fix for that came, I lost the quest reward buff from Loyal Costumer: Silver and Loyal Costumer: Gold. And indeed when I run the script to check if the quest is complete it says ‘True’.
I think i’ve done potentially over 10 bug reports about this and enumerous tickets. I’ve been threatned to stop otherwise actions were going to be met. I just don’t really understand how can this take so long. I mean it’s been 6 weeks or something. I do mythic raiding and 6% is kinda a big nerf to my dmg. Can’t we just have the quests pop up again?
Come on dev team. I mean just make a condition like if (Loyal Costumer: Black ==true) then SET to 15% id spell. I have no idea how you program that but just do something. You were able to rollback everyone, I’m sure you can fix this bug.
