Heyy lately i ve been having issues in-game and in the battle.net launcher. From the moment i press play in launcher it takes a really long time for the game to open up like between 2 to 10 min, and once the game is open it tends to crash frequently. also on the story must of the cinematics are not working and its make the game stuck for a min untill im getting an error for the cinematic also today after one of the game crash the game is not opening anymore The problem is not my computer, im more then the recommended system requirement i ve had it rebooted to see if i could fix the issue, i ve repaired the files multiple times and i ve also resetted the interface of the game would like to get help if someone know this problam and how to deal with it
I have encountered the same kind of problem today, I disabled all addons and the game seems to work just fine, in fact, even smoother than before, I’m not sure which addon is causing this, I will keep you updated if I find out

I disabled blizzmove and everything is back to normal
note: this addon is usually broken and always problematic, I’ll probably get rid of it.
im not sure if i had this addon but i will try to delete all my addons and see if the problam solved
tried to delete all of my addon but the problam is still there /=
