Game disconnects/freezes but chat still works

Me and my girlfriend have a big problem here. We just moved to a new flat a few weeks ago. Before that we never experienced anything like this, but since we are here we have this problem and its actually unplayable. Disconnect happens instantly OR just everything freezes and only the chat still working, and it never disconnects just freezes for minutes and nothing happens. I can still write on the chat and I can see what others write. Its happening sometimes in every 5 minutes, sometimes just a few times a day, so it is totally random. Lately so in the last 2-3 days it’s actually unplayable like happening 100 times a day.
I contacted our new ISP with this issue and they told me that they don’t see any problems in my connection so it’s not their fault.
I’ve read the forums about this and got some info about it, so we ran a few mtr tests and pathping tests also. Can someone please help me to understand what is going on? We want to play again but actually it is impossible like this…

I can’t read much out of these so please help me if you can. Thank you in advance!

Hey,

First of all I always suggest mentioning country and name of your ISP to help recognize patterns of local problems.

Have you tried turning off your router for 10 minutes like suggested here:

It usually helps me when I have connection problems.

About your diagnostic results I believe EU wow has 3 different IPs (different databases I believe) so you have to run your tests for all 3.

Another thing you can provide besides a pathping is a traceroute

I believe you can provide pastebin.com links if you don’t want to inflate your topic with test results (can make it a bit harder to read).

If you don’t want to, then I suggest putting your pathping and traceroute results in a code block (between

) so you won’t lose all the extra spaces that make them more readable (WinMTR seems to output a format that creates a table so it seems fine).

Also some stuff you can do yourself while waiting for support to reply that might resolve the issue:
