Game freezes , doesn't respond for a few seconds ,then changes resolution

Right so I bought a new pc while keeping my old m.2 drive , ssds and GPU . Fresh installed windows and now when I play wow , it often freezes , doesn’t respond for a few seconds and then when it gets to normal again the resolution is changed to 1920 x 1061 and I cant seem to fix it unless I restart my game .

Solutions I’ve tried so far :

Reinstalled GPU drivers
Closed every overlay and capture/replay program
Prayed to every deity in existence.

My specs are :

MB : Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Elite AX Ice
GPU : 3060 ti
CPU : 14700k
RAM : 36 GB at 6400 mhz

It was the same, after 11.0.5 it has not happened yet

I have bought a new graphic’s card and a new M.2 , reinstalled drivers and clean installed windows and the problem persists .

I have 7800X3D, 64Gb RAM, had two 3060ti and now 4070ti video cards, and in both cases the same problem from the default resolution, hanging for a few seconds, the resolution drops to 2K, while the screen gets bigger. getting out of the visual part of the monitor.
Win 10 with the latest updates.

This has been happening for months!
