For those that will feel forced, you are right.
However the absolute majority wont do that, they will just stop doing m+, and good chance they stop playing completely.
I don’t think it was because of how easy it was cause season 3 was even easier yet everyone was playing you know why was S4 worse?
because it was just reharshed season with nothing new to do
I personally did KSH and ended my DF journey there so i didn’t play wow for 6 months
They should stop doing fated/awakened seasons
Yet it was one of the seasons i had the most fun in.
Swap peoples attitudes from time at all costs to completion
Really agree with that.
Or people who aren’t focused on instant gratification
It’s disappointing that the criticism regarding certain mechanics gets mixed with people, who are just wanting to get the best rewards for everyone without any effort. There are some deeper design issues right now, but I think it’s weird, how people seem to can’t stand not getting free myth-track gear in LFG pugs…
I can understand mythic raiders, who need to progress 2 nights a week, and get 8/8 m+ vault, but maybe it’d make more sense here, if Blizzard hides the vault of players, and makes them choose between opening and seeing the M+, delve, or Raid vault. This way, they would nerf the necessity of mythic raiders doing M+ heavily, so people have a free choice between content without sabotaging their raid groups.
People don’t need gear, but they want it.
The game is fun when people have at least some chance at getting what they want.
World of Warcraft is not a job, there has to be some sort of understanding that games are supposed to be fun.
7+ and onward, one group wipe enough to fail most of the keys. Its rly unfun.
Staying for garbo loot and 5 crest not even worth to finish it.
majority of playerbase certainly do need gear
the moment they realise thaat gear will never be in their reach ? they will just bail
lets not pretend that portals are enticing neough for people to put hundreds of hours into pushing super frustrating m+ run.
What game are you playing buddy?
I’m KS master and Iv done every dungeon like 2-3 times max. I’m 610 ilvl or something.
Iv hit my goals for this season. See you next season. You can play other stuff.
This expansion has respected my time far more than any other in all of WoW.
Can’t those people just practice at getting better?
Sure lets increase the difficulty by an insane amount, forcing 90% of the playerbase into a learning curve of wiping while unable to gain any rewards because no gear is an upgrade.
Sorry just checked 611.
You don’t need to complete key in time to get gear or crests or to fill vault slots. So even by failing you do get the gear.
The problem is gilded crests are a massive grind as it is. I couldn’t spam +9s the first week or two and now I’d still have to time 12 this week to catch up with the cap. And healing 9-10s is exhausting. I don’t mind difficulty but this isn’t something I wanna spam.
You’ve got to respect yourself first or no one else will. I’m currently not playing m+ because I love and respect myself enough to not even bother.
Honestly, I love how this gearing shows, that borrowed power with the AP in the past was not the issue. The issue was how long the grind takes. This valor system shows this perfectly idk about you, but I think only upgrading gear ilvl, and that’s the end of your power progression, is incredibly boring.
I play to beat progressively harder content, not to gear up my character.
But you just criticized that the gear takes too long to farm.
