I have lag problems entire season 3
Very often kick to main menu and high latency
Especially in arenas.
I have only 1addon bigdebuffs.
Is it just me or its a global problem
Any posible fix to lower lag?

Blizz has got a massive problem with latency!!! They should fix it!!! There are many posts complaining about the issue with no answer and being closed automatically after one month. Look at the forum for “latency” and you will see that many people are complaining about world latency issues.
Latency issues is in most cases caused your ISP or the route to the game servers, which Blizzard can do nothing about. WinMTR helps you narrow down the culprit. If it is indeed on Blizzard’s end, then they can do something but most likely it’s your ISP causing issues if you get high latency. Usually when people complain about latency, they’re all from roughly the same region and are suffering from bad routing or ISP malfunction.
I started getting issues with lag since last reset. I feel a /reload helped so far.
Latency isn’t BLizz’s problem to fix, its like asking the factory that manufactured your car to fix the roads.
If its really latency then contact your ISP.
This will sound a little odd but I read recently that the sun’s current activity is bombarding the earth with energy that is affecting the net 
I did dnsflush,resetrepository,clearcache,and set wow.exe to high priority and its good for now.
Idk about sun but everything is posible
