Game laggs out when playing on 2 accounts

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone have had the same issue or know a fix.
I have 2 wow accounts, and i like to farm honor on my alt on one account while being in solo shuffle que due to long que times.
The thing is everything seems fine until i get into the solo shuffle on the main account. The moment i get into the arena i lagg out. Like game freezes for some seconds. Tabbing to the other wow and back fixes it for 3 seconds and then same lag is back. I am running on i high end pc like 5070 ti and 9800x3d so that shouldnt be an issue…
Could there be some settings i need to turn off when gaming like this ?

I assume you have the background FPS enabled and set to a low value?
Otherwise the WoW client running in the background will still draw full power.

Honestly i think this problem sounds more like it’s related to the bad 5000 series drivers.
I guess there is not much you can do but try out different versions.
