Game Time - Internal Error

Hello!

I have a very much functional Debit Card that I can use to pay across very many services domestically and internationally.
As per standard, it uses MasterCard Secure or however it’s branded.

I first tried to purchase time from the App, which said it requires additional authentication and I need to restart from the browser.

Entering it all over again throws Internal Error upon payment, and resets when trying to add a payment method directly. Meaning, I cannot even add my card. (It might send a zero-value verification which I need to acknowledge. HBO did that.)

Can you pretty please look into it? :slight_smile:

I think there is a configuration issue. When looking at the browser history (the Back button), it shows Verified by VISA. But it’s a MasterCard.

I recommend adding Private Browsing. That’s the least clumsy option. (Cookies are a bit precious.)
It was a bit different. I may have used a different shop URL (shop.battle.net). It has shown stars for the account number and it did ask for my name. Most importantly, it managed to use the ID check.
