So was looking at coming back to the game, saw that the Epic shadowlands upgrade was on sale, so if i upgrade do i get everything included? Character boost, game time, mount etc?
It depends what you bought the first time.
If you bought a Base edition that included no boost then yes you’ll get one. If you bougth the Heroic edition that already included the boost then you will not get another.
I took advantage of the upgrade deal about a month ago and upgraded from the base edition to the heroic edition, but I received no character boost. Does anyone know why this might be the case?
Are you sure you were at the base edition and that you’ve not used the boost token that came with the heroic edition? You may have to contact Support to check it out.
The shop should say which version they already have when they try to buy a better one.
Turns out I had a brainfart and had actually upgraded from the Heroic Edition to the Epic Edition. No idea how I made that mistake.
