I have improved spotters mark, but when I die in a BG, the pet spawns and I cannot dismiss pet as I get a message that MM can’t use pets… While the pet is standing next to me that I can’t get rid of.
Please for the love of god, sort it out man.

Yeah same for me too.
I think i figured out a fix until they patch it. Change the talent to the pet. Summon it, get it killed, change back to no pet and it wont come back 
stable the pets your not using and they cant be summoned when you die this is what i did
