Could the healer buff from the NPC at the start of a Gamma dungeon be buffed? It is absolute hot garbage. For those who don’t know, you have to cast 5 healing spells to stack up a buff that lasts a total of 7 seconds from the moment the last heal is used, then you have to wait a further 30 seconds before you can stack it up again.
This means that by the time you have cast 3 damaging spells (if you’re quick), the buff is gone, and you’re waiting in limbo to be buffed again. Who thought this was a good idea? It is not even worth taking. Most healers just take the DPS haste buff as it is so bad, which feels like a wasted opportunity to allow healers their own cool mechanic.
Change it so that you only have to cast 3 healing spells max, and make the damage buff last 20 seconds. No need for the CD as the healer has to spend 3 globals putting the buff up again anyway.
The healing buff is simply terrible. No healer should take it ever, because haste granted by the ranged dps buff gives the group more healing and even more damage compared to the healing buff.
Whoever designed or balanced this buff, has no clue about the game. Additionally the Blizzard classic wotlk team either consists one person, noone bothered checking/reading feedback in the PTR/forums, or everyone involved is simply incompetent. Whatever it is, it is also the reason why the decisionmaking and quality of wotlk classic is as bad as it is.
