Ganking low level characters

Hello everybody,
I have a question for alliance players specifically. Did any of you encounter some locations that often have presence from max lvl horde gankers? I’ve been having a great time in BfA going to those zones (especially Duskwood) to gank the gankers and I felt the itch again. However problem is, ever since the chromie leveling, duskwood has been all but dead.

Anyone got any tips? I’ll gladly come to use you as bait protect you for free.

Cheers!

Chromie leveling is a different phase entirely.

Have to be 57 or lower to be able to go to those and see low leveled players.

As far as i know

If you’re finding that you’re getting ganked whilst levelling, just turn Warmode Off.

Doesn’t seem like you read my post. I’m searching for the gankers, not trying to run away from them

Oh sorry.

they’re probably phased differently. Maybe they grouped up with a low level to get put into that particular shard.

Good luck, happy hunting.

I swear I noticed some low lvl alliance characters during my recent flythroughs but perhaps Im only able to see my own faction when Im on max lvl char? I sure hope that’s not the case though

Any Horde players in the open world with /pvp or warmode enabled are by default to be considered as gankers, and can be dealt with preemtively. You can find them in Horde capitals or nearby Horde settlements.

I hear ya. Better safe than sorry. That being said, I feel a bit bad killing random players that mind their own business most of the time. However with those max lvl rogues in low lvl zones I have exactly 0 remorse and that makes it more enjoyable for me. It feels like justice!

Level up a character and search around in popular areas for orcs.

All orcs are gankers and would have killed you if they where higher level, it’s the same if you see for example a human warrior or paladin.

sure thing! Here’s a tip: Get a friend to Use Cromie Time and then click the button opening your map that scales you down to the max level before Dragonflight (60). that way you will be able to get phased where the Gankers are and be able to Eliminate them!

I play warmode, locations of this nature comes from areas of world/daily quest specifically the ones that require you time to kill mobs/find something, those are rogues hot spots. In DF they all are areas of daily quest pvp anyway, so unlike other expansions everyone know where to meet for open world pvp. Back in bfa usually use to be vuldun and mechagon. Areas near portals like legion usually can get camped but now with flying enable it might be diferent, SL use to be at the maw. But after each expansion changes so.

In the past duskwood was a good place for that but not now i think. You should try Dragonlands world quest zones, there will be low lvl people who is going to try doing W.Q and max lvl ones who kill them.

but it is not worth chasing such a charity cause, just kill every attackable enemy player regardless of what they do, no distinction.

I still have a Gank-Rogue in STV hoovering around level 30.
I never ever killed anyone more than once unless they went for me, and I never camped people, and if someone came to kill me: I just logged off and called it well played. :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s another deal with the campers, the extreme-followers, and similar.
IDK if there are any activity to be spoken of really, it’s rare.

I myself am a magnet for the opposite faction if I have WM on, they manage to find me in the oddest places and it’s a meme by now where I just go “OFC they find me under this table in Hillsbrad Foothills dwarf fortress.” :joy_cat:
