He’s nowhere to be seen in the actual zone in-game. Especially since we know that the venthyr drop irredeemable souls straight to the Maw, and Garrosh has shown again and again that he is irredeemable (like in War Crimes with Anduin).

He was likely in Revendreth as Denathrius mentioned him as a stable “old reliable” source of anima during the drought, and venthyr were shown torturing him.
Likely he was moved by the Jailer’s forces to Torghast when Denathrius fell.
