No. Having an other character who wants war just for the sake of war would’n be interesting. The game and the players doesn’t need that now.

I’ve never worshipped Sylvanas and I actually want Calia to leads the Forsaken now, so your point don’t stand at all.
And Sylvanas did bad things, but it was for other reasons than just war. She was more selfish than Garrosh.

Are there really that many Undead Warlock who worship Sylvanas ?
I think the blood elves hunters, with red eyes and pale skin, worship Sylvanas much more. But there must be quite a few people who play them because they just think they’re cool too.
Personally, I just play Forsaken because I like their lore and warlock because I think it fits them perfectly. I don’t play it for the sake of a NPC.
Yes. Both factions should get a character like him. Without the rebellion side stories. Each faction should serve themselves before anyone else, not the greater good or any other faction. Garrosh was that guy at some point. Sadly they had to create these side stories with Vol’jin being so infatuated with Thrall that he decided to declare his intent to backstab Garrosh or Baine who would much rather be an Alliance pet than a Horde leader. Just an honest to God Horde/Alliance character that puts his or her faction before anything else. Sadly I doubt the Californian writers have the ability to write something like that. Maybe hire an AI.

I do think, we need someone or something, which should trigger a proper war against the horde & alliance, as right now, it’s like we’re all kinda buddy buddy.
There does need to that conflict, even though we can turn on war mode, I feel we need to go back to the old ways, instead of this continues working together kind of situation that we’ve had ongoing.
Would be nice to get a variation from Garrosh and Garrosh Mk II
Current state of Warcraft wouldn’t let anyone like Garrosh to exist with butterflies and rainbows showing up everywhere and all the races living in a peaceful environment like genocides and destructions didn’t happen.

That depends on the new Garrosh character we would receive.
Would I be in favor of a more headfast strong leader of the Orcs and or warchief? Yes… A Orc Version of Varian but Horde and Orcish values.
If we’re just getting another Unga bunga chief for the sake of playing territorial apes for the sake of it
