1 question would u say overall across all meeles rog is the full package ?
Evasion and Cloak should share a CD. Also subtefuge is the dumbest talent, literally no point wasting spells trying to get a rogue out of stealth. May as well stand there and let them get the opener as its guaranteed with that talent.
Eh if garrote was as rampant and game breaking as people make it out to be, it would of been nerfed.

Go look at the nerfs the covenant abilities received, particularly echoing reprimand (for reference) and the % amounts they got nerfed for, trust me. If it was -that outrageous- it would be in the bin.
Design wise its hard for rogue to be in a bad spot cause that would suggest they’re dysfunctional most likely in PVE too.
I can see how aoe garrote would be upsetting in BGB but then again you have 1.6k arena players in BGB at 2.4/2.6 there so I don’t see how its any different from being stuck in horrify / silence / fear since they’re very generous with damage breaks lately.
ive started to reconsider my life choices everytime a rogue just hmu with anything
i go from stun to silence to stun to silence to cloak and by the time i can play he did 2-3 times my hp bar ;))) so fun

Outlaw and sub are more popular that’s why you don’t see assa that often, even in awc outlaw/sub are doing better and are more tanky.
Doesn’t mean gareote isn’t brain dead op, imagine if I had a spell spammable that can aoe disarm people super often, don’t you think people would t call for nerf ? Horrible design.

Aoe garrote is horrible design and should be removed, but so should the fact vanish has to be used offensively to do damage. Assa is easily the hardest hit by the kidney nerf, it did literally nothing to sub/outlaw and the dance removal is kind of why they made the spec how it is now. Just dumb m+ design.
