Gate stuck in Gruul's Lair

Unable to re-attempt boss after a wipe, as the gate Gruul would close during combat has not despawned and is blocking our path to the encounter.

From other topics on the forum, it seems that this will persist throughout a 30 minute reset timer as well, and renders any more attempts for the week, impossible.

TL;DR: DOOR IS STUCK!

EDIT: We tried to wait 30 minutes for instance reset, didn’t solve it.

Gruul is stuck behind the gate and is in dire need of being let out to have his routine daily walk exercise during Covid lockdown. SEND HELP PLX!

Forum staff are NOT GM’s. Well some of them might be but when they are working on the forums, they are not in the role of a GM.
Forums cannot be used to skip the ticket queue.
In-game GM’s do not frequent the forums, they don’t have time to apparently, with all the tickets.

Sorry but you are going to have to make out a proper support ticket in game.

That’s done, and doesn’t solve us not having the lockout this week sadly. We’ll just give it a while longer and see if it resets.

Reported, Support ticket system didn’t provide solution, hence forum.

We had the exact same problem tonight, a ZG booster style reset fixes it, invite a alt who’s not in the ID then have all your raid walk out and logout, the alt then resets and Voila the trash respawns and the door opens
