Hi,

the GDPR data request regarding personal data collected by Blizzard is completely missing anything and everything related to Season of Mastery.

Would you be so kind to reach out to your DPO regarding this?

Does that not fall under:-

Data Protection > Obtain a copy of my data > Access my Battle.net Account and game data

I’m not saying you are wrong, I’m just asking if it’s not the case?

I have no idea what you’re on about. The DSAR works fine but the report is missing everything related to activity on SoM.

Do you have any activity from SoM involving Customer Support?
