Just keep on levelling until you reach 70, and you’ll get gear as part of the levelling process.

on top of the dungeon drops after level 35ish you start getting 2 boxes at dungeon completion

Just do quests, run dungeons, etc. Gear is irrelevant until you reach max level.

Can also reach lvl 60 by doing only dungeons from the moment they unlock, if that’s what you prefer.
