i went from 110 to 120 in av now what is the best way to gear up
Benthic gear probably still and/or cheap stuff from the ah.
The quicker you scale up the higher your wq/emisary rewards will be too.

Buy benethic gear, get inscription trinkets. Do the nazjatar opening for a weapon. If the warfronts are up do those, do any world bosses. And then start m0’s. That will get you to item level 400 when thats all done.
now the next quest where do i find the nazjatar oping lol the portal isnt showing for me yet

Try to get into naja rare farming groups as that’s the easiest way to farm for manapearls.

As ppl are saying: Nazjatar gear (from WQ or 5 perls pr item).
After that, do 1 or 5 timewalker instance (5 if you have the weekly quest, else just 1)…turn in the crystal in old dalaran, buy 2 rings and 2 trinkets there.
For the last part (weapon), try farm 500 CP, you can then pick a 410 weapon from a quest…(i bet you have already handed in the quest in AV, else thats yet another ilvl 400 weap.
Sidenote: the new AV do have a quest, so, if you already have some TW badge (400), just get to old dalaran in northrend and get the rings / trinket, you can then ignore the Timewalker instance grind.
There, now have fun farming AP for your neck.
Edit: Ooh, and ofc, since your an alliance player, turn war mode on, get the PvP quest, farm 25 horde, get free 415 item.
And ofc, with that, do the world boss in Nazjatar (once you have a coin for extra roll) for yet more free high ilvl gear!
Once thats done, item from WQ will scale and you can start focusing on doing…i dunno, instance that have a WQ for them?, free 400 ilvl item, can even be done on normal mode, no need to do the instance at mytic for those items.

Seems like you took that advice, now, start farming the rare in Nazjatar so you can get some pearls and get started on your gear (1 item cost 5 perls)…free 385 stuff ^^.
Take weekly quest(415 item) and farm tw dungs until ~400 ilvl then wq and some dungs
If you turn in the Korrak quest at 120, it will give you an ilvl 400 weapon, so that might help a bit as well
