It got removed and nothing close to it got added back, proof enough? It’s an annoying mechanic with no purpose, everyone agrees on that actually. Didn’t see a single guy who was excited about rng resistance.
Also, PvE is not everything but I know you don’t really care about others, that’s fine.
You can literally see them? Are you sure I have no raid achievements from SL? Did you at least manage to check the logs of my monk or did you fail there as well? 
Actually the majority agrees with me. That’s the reason why you have ilvl introduced by Blizzard, why you find it by default in several UIs and why you have RIO. It’s also mentioned in the warcraftlogs btw. So no, it’s not just me and my opinion.

Literally every single season people are asking “what is the best class/spec for X”. People already playing meta just in order to have an easier life and easier invites in groups.
