Gehennas POPULATION

Give us a one way ticket to Firemaw or merge us with Earthshaker there is literally no people to do raids dungeons or anything on Gehennas

That’s what you get for playing on a PvP realm as alliance.

Maybe they ran away due to you cringeworthy name.

Unless Iv been looking at the old Gehennas population charts wrong it seems like it was 50/50 almost for the whole of Vanilla, and then at some point in TBC the Horde pop went up 3-4x time where as the Alliance one did not change much ?

If thats the case no wonder the Alliance side died out and moved on.

Firemaw is also a PvP server so…

I don’t understand your point, you only want out due to YOUR faction not having many people and Blizzard have never cared about faction balance.

What are you on about? Firemaw is as close to 50/50 you can get this late in TBC.

Gehennas is ~20% Alliance with ~13k hordes, ofc ppl want to get off.

They can leave, just pay for it.

wtb free xfer to firemaw

Or they can quit and Blizz lose more money from that. Knowing blizzard they rather lose money than giving something for free (Either faction change or realm transfer)

Classic is entirely about increasing their bottom line for the quarterly report, this became more evident to me when they didn’t lock transfers to Gehennas and Firemaw early in TBC and then offered FREE transfers to those realms also (from people who 100% refuse to pay) to upset the faction balance further

If Blizzard simply locked transfers to horde side you wouldn’t have to pay for a transfer but here we are, those 10k horde players on firemaw don’t know it yet but they will be paying for a transfer eventually as well once alliance pop hits 15-20k and horde rerolls go to gehennas instead

They make more money from people transferring than they lose to people quitting, and more often than not the people that quit will come back in a month or two and pay for a transfer then

I really despise this migration circus and what it has become. People have really destroyed one realm after another and it’s really nothing but their own doing. Purely selfish act

So people choose their own playability over a realms population. Nothing wrong with that, it is, after all, a game.

It is and they have the right, but it doesn’t make it untrue

Sums it up quite nice.

Most pvp focused Alliance players will go to if.pro, check the servers out. Look at Firemaw, see its a dream and move there. By the time Wotlk hits and ESPECIALLY when Every Man For Himself happens FM will be super heavy Alliance.

And the 50/50 balance will be a distant memory.

Even now when you look at it, for the last… 4-5 months the Alliance pop has gone up like 3k+ on Firemaw while the Horde one has moved by 500 or so.

I am one of those 3k people on Alli Firemaw in last 4-5 months.

Becuase all my chars are stuck on Horde Earthshaker… so I stopped playing WoW classic for couple of months, I was expecting that Blizzard would possibly take care of this terrible situation…

But they did nothing. So I started my 1st alliance char ever after 15 years on horde side because I would not be able to start again from zero…

Blizzard wake up and show us at least small effort to make something for community!

That is funny, wanting to buy something that’s free. I missed it first time around.

Poor Gehennas Alliance.

Carried over the whole Classic Vanilla by APES, HESOYAM and SALAD BAKERS.

And now, they all want to migrate into Firemaw because their body guards left the game. Moooh.

RIP Gehennas, it was the most populated server in EU. Without theses 3 Alliance guilds, you guys would not have left your capital city I swear.

Pretty much this.

Kind regards,
Gehennas Horde player

same goes for playing tbc classic in general but I been playing SoM a lot recently.

Would be nice if blizzard could try to balance a few server with close to 50/50 alliance/horde instead of so many small servers.
