What I think would be a good way to affirm your character’s presentation, is to allow both the current body types to use altered body shapes, similar to how the new drac’thyr have body options to make their chest smaller and with more curvature. Please allow us to add breasts to body type 1 and remove breasts from body type 2. Also, add a body type 3 that is in-between the musculature of 1&2 so it is less jarring

I’m ok with this for sure. Male models are built like nothing on earth, female models usually bear less resemblance to their males than they do to females of other races. WoW’s sexual dimorphism is absurd and awkward.
There is definitely room for at least one type in the middle. Dracthyr, hopefully, will lead the way.
But do Blizzard actually care about the topic enough to put in the dev hours, or are they just out for quick internet points wherever they can find them. I hope that the cynic in me is proven wrong.
Btw, I would play NE male from the start (for me its 2006), if the male silhouette could be also less chunky. I know, Warcraft esthetics hard, inspired with Warhammer and so on. But if they could do skinny ppl (KulTiras), skinny Blood/High/Void Elves, they could do skinny version of a NE male aswell.
