If you guys honestly didn’t care about Classic and think Retail is superior, then why are there continuously topics about how bad Classic is?

On the retail forums? Yea…riiiight, have you seen the classic forums? Its full of salty people fighting: classic v 1.12 is too easy. My class is boring. Yes to classic+. No to classic+. Layering is bad. Layering is good. Ban layering exploiters!..these are just a few.
So yea. Classic comunity is salt incarnate imo.

No some people are salty because they feel Blizzard is diverting attention away from BFA to Classic, instead of addressing BFA’s issues. The salt towards that is very valid.

I may prefer Classic to Retail but I’m under no illusions as to why Classic got released. It’s a cash grab. It’s much cheaper and faster to release an already developed 15 year old game than it is to fix problems and create new content for a modern game. This certainly adds to the salt to anyone who is aware of this.

I think a lot of Retail players are going to watch Blizzcon very closely to see how much Blizzard still care about it Retail now that Classic has the spotlight.
