🇩🇪 German answer for my english ticket...?

i had a problem, made a ticket. this was the answer i’ve got:

??? in my account settings my communication preference is set to English (EU).

…how come? why did i get a german answer (what i can’t read) for a ticket clearly written in english?

tbh english is not my first language but i simply can’t believe my english is SO BAD that it looks german…

Haha, you english seems fine. the awnser basicly tells the quest/achievment w/e it was only works on Mythic +0 not heroic nor Mythic+. I suggest checking your account settings (as the forum post also shows up as being german) its likely some how it got changed your prefered comunication in german

ok goto eu#account#blizzard#com/details (replace # with . cant put links in) and scroll down to COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES see if its set to English (EU)

ps seems blizz updated the account manager page so maybe they messed up in migrating it

i’ve checked that already, it is set to:

Communication Preferences

Language: English (EU)

is there any other option where this could be set something else?

i don’t think there is. I guess you should open a ticket then to request them to check into it, alternatively you could try to change it and then change it back maybe its stuck somewhere in their system

Just reopen the ticket and say you don’t speak German.
