Yes I get that… but will it ever be our turn again?
I appreciate that people like different things and that is totally fair. Others ranting about it’s all just for girls, is rather undesirable and just comes across as sexist.
Warcraft has had fun and humour in it for as long as I can remember. Including some fun items. I already have a super soaker I got from an achievement. In fact if you go through the toybox there are a load of fun items in the game that have existed for years. It’s not all skull and bones and never has been.
We could just call it beach/summerwear trading post as I think thats what it mostly is by the looks of the mogs we getting and well that its released for summer.
It’s actually the cycling world championship chair.
Let’s not pretend that Blizzard aren’t aware that Pride month is in June and that this isn’t a symbol of that.
I’m a bit miffed people use the rainbow but I understand it. Still it’s a chair and you know the more upset about it you are, the more people use it out of spite.
…don’t get the bethesda thing.
Let me rephrase this for you.
“I do not like the current transmogs available. I would prefer something darker with more edge and perhaps masculinity. I appreciate others will enjoy this but I hope soon I will get something I like.”
Funnily enough, that is mostly what I said at the start.
Hence I said I will remove/leave any player/group where I see that toy in with a comment higher up at the start of the thread.
I don’t even care that my comment got flagged within 3 minutes. If I get banned, at least I don’t have to argue for some time / ever again with some of the shills on this forum. A forum that losts its integrity years ago.
This will be my first month where I will actually buy something, so I am delighted with this particular throw. Even a water gun is much more acceptable to me than butterfly wings.
Well then!!!
I apologize for my outburst
at least we’ve had the honest opinion of someone that doesnt play anymore, we can all rest easy now
looks snazzy to me!
Yeah I’m sorry but I just find that a little sad you get triggered by people using a chair
Wait theres a water gun too? Ive only seen the shirts and shorts with sandals and some strawhats so far, I had no idea there will be chairs and water guns and what else too. I might need more tenders now!
Can it not just be candy striped or bright summer colors. I mean is every thing ever multi colored only ever going to be “LGBQT” themed to you. If that is how you going to see it then I imagine your world is going to be very dull and grey.
That’s your right to think so and I don’t care.
If they would be different colors, sure.
But they aren’t. They are literally, the same colors.
The Indian Swastika is a sign of “well being”. But when you see it, you surely think immediately of my countries past instead.
The context of rainbow colors in mainstream media has changed long ago.
First it was for neurodiversity, then it was for gay people, now the rainbow is the symbol of LGBTQ+ and such.
The meaning has changed over the last 20-30 years so often.
I really don’t get why Blizzard thought putting such a controversial color pattern into their games is a good idea. In a few years it could mean something completely different and then they would have to remove them perhaps.
A game should never, unless being thematically settled in the modern world we live in, use political/ethical symbols of factions/organisations/nations/cultures. It just brings problems with it.
There is a good reason why all the guild and faction logos in WoW have no relation to the real world.
I’m talking about a toy at the end of a given month, but from what I saw, for people who play Hunter, for example, there will be a transmog for a weapon that will also look like a water gun, similar to the toy one.
Black and red bowling shirt is good example, or deep sea blue hawaii shirt with white flowers. Theyre just bright colors with contrast to each other nothing else.
Ah the accomplishment for filling up the trading post bar thingy, that hunter wpn mog sounds good aswell.
So anyway we are all done here? Lets leave the threads to the dudus who wanna support.
The one on left could be worn by men, though it does look a bit strange and it is equipped on a female chararter here, while the other one is distinctly feminine. You might see people wearing it on a male Kul Tiran cause it’ll look funny, but it’s still feminine and that juxtaposition is why it’s funny.
In any case I don’t have a problem with any of it lol. I’m just amused and affirming the statement that it’s a bit girly. /shrug
